We want you to love your treats from Cakestar! Due to the food safety reasons, we have a specific policy to ensure fairness and safety for all our customers.

Returns & Exchanges

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any food products once they have been opened. All sales are final once the product's packaging is unsealed.

Refunds for Non-Delivery or Lost Shipments

We understand that issues can happen during transit. You are eligible for a full refund under the following circumstances:

       
  • Your order was not delivered to the address you provided.
  •    
  • Your order was confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier.

How to Request a Refund for Non-Delivery

If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us at cakestar.sales@outlook.com with your order number. We will investigate the matter with our shipping carrier. Once the non-delivery or loss is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged product and packaging. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
